The thick leather and aluminum sliders at the knees offer protection from abrasion while the included large SAS-Tec armor at the knees and hips does an excellent job of absorbing impacts. When combined with the Ravin jacket by way of the 28” full circumference zipper you have a very protective riding suit that is comfortable enough to be worn all day long.
